Martian Successor Nadesico is a Sci-Fi Comedy series originally produced in the mid 1990s. I was interested in checking it out, because the director, Tatsuo Sato, is the director of a Winter 2012 space-themed series, Bodacious Space Pirates (Mouretsu Pirates).
